Length Overall of 183.31 m., Length Between Perpendiculars of 174.00 m., Draught of 13.00 m., Beam of 32.20 m., 52.50 Tonnes per Centimeter Immersion, Gross Tonnage of 29,700. ENGINE DETAILS: Engine Description 2 S.A. 6-cyl., Engine Model 6S50ME-B9.3,  MAN B. & W. Engine. Engine is LNG ready, first such tanker in the USA.

CARGO CARRYING DETAILS: Cargo Capacity of appr. 53,000 cu.m., 330,000 barrels, IMO II, 6 Cargo Separations, 6 Cargo Manifolds. Segregated Ballast Tanks, 12 Tanks, 12 Pumps, Epoxy Tank Coating.

The vessel is the first in a series of four sisterships to be delivered from the shipbuilder following the acquisition by Crowley Maritime from Aker Philadelphia Shipyard Inc., (APSI). The vessel is unique as she was delivered from the shipbuilder ready for using LNG for propulsion.  According to the shipbuilder’s press releases at the time of the delivery of the tanker, the shipbuilder also sold their equity stake in the JV with Crowley for these vessels to a subsidiary of Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) placing an enterprise value of $150 million for each of the sistership vessels to the MT ‘Ohio’.
